Three new family homes created on a beautiful plot on the edge of the Conservation Area in Carshalton Village. This scheme looked to replace a dated and out of place 1970’s detached house, with three new 4 bedroom family homes, making better use of the land, and creating a far more attractive street scene. Extensive discussions and negotiations with the Planning Department took place over a number of months, with several variations of schemes being presented and discussed. Great care an attention was given to the siting, spacing and detailing of these homes, to ensure that the complimented and enhanced the street scene. A full architectural service was provided from concept, through Planning, Building Control to a Working Drawings package.
